How to request deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send a request from your registered phone number via:

Include your registered phone number so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted

Once confirmed, we delete your sign-in data, profile, support messages and referrals. We may retain certain financial/contractual records only for the period required by law, after which they are deleted.

Timeline

We process deletion within up to 30 days of verifying your identity, and confirm once complete.
